Learning Patience in Appalachia

I've been in Gespe'gewa'gi for the past two weeks, reconnecting to my priorities and needs. Hiked some of the International Appalachian Trail in the Parc National de la Gaspésie, and now saying hello to friends in Matapedia.

I'm about to enter a 3-month period of intense Gongfu training as well as my Tuina clinical rotation. I am primarily practicing Neigong, which refers broadly to life force energy cultivation through physical culture. Tuina is a form of bodywork from Traditional Chinese Medicine. By the end of this year, I'll have a foundational training from which to continue my practice and education.

I got a little tired of writing in the midst of all this, so I've been drawing. Please enjoy these 5 scans. The originals for these are on 4x6" paper. All drawings are completed freehand with pen/pencil on paper. Alt-text for all images: an abstract shape.
