Work With Me

What do you need today?

You answer. I listen. I hold the whole of what you’re carrying without touching it. If our rapport allows for it I may interrupt, gently, to bring you back from your mental story into the felt sense of it: the weight, the tension, the holding patterns, the place where your breath catches. There is no fixed protocol, and sometimes that’s surprising to people.

This work relies on you. I can help you, teach you a few things, show you some possible options, but nothing happens unless you show up.

During the session, I will offer cues that respond to the moment. Over time, you will learn to do your version of the same thing. We are coming into a collaborative presence practice with no predefined outcome, but a shared orientation of mutual altruism and service. If there is a goal, it is healing. Health, here, is Swastha, the Sanskrit word for health. swa= my own self and stha = to be situatedMeaning: healing is the process of finding oneself situated in one’s own self. Pain and suffering are real, and healing is possible.

What people say

I experienced a deep communication from the start and thereafter each session deepening as trust in our relationship grew. We had around 7 session so far, having met on our travels in India. They’re a rare healer who can connect on many levels pure of heart and integrity. Your system will thank you for giving them your time. It’s all about the energetic connection to how deep we can truly go. Feeling Safe, Trusting, and at ease come very naturally when working with Laure.

I can’t recommend them enough for how they have helped me to date. It’s hard to find someone with a natural gift that has blossomed by their own self healing and commitment to help others. Laure works way beyond their years of training, so don’t let that sway your decision, as I almost did. I have no no regrets. I took a chance anyway and have nothing but praise for the work they do. – LLOYD B.

It’s hard to explain to someone without autoimmune diseases how one can feel and suffer at times, especially since these diseases are often invisible. I wanted to be treated by someone who could truly understand me, or at least had a greater capacity to do so. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the treatment itself before our meeting, but I arrived with a great deal of openness, and I haven’t been disappointed!

Through all my readings on health and autoimmune diseases, your book was recommended to me by an acquaintance. I so enjoyed reading it; your work is truly different from anything else I’ve read so far. It deeply touched me and piqued my curiosity about you. I wanted to know more and looked you up online, eventually learning that you offered healing treatments.

I continue to see you because after each session with you, I feel so grounded and serene. I’m more attentive to the present moment, and I feel like your treatments equip me better daily to bring myself back to the present when I need to. Also, the way you’re there for me during the massages is so precious; I feel completely at ease and know I can release everything with your support. You make me feel there’s space for my emotions and actions, no matter what they are. I am so grateful for that. I’m certain all of this helps reduce stress and inflammation in my body.

I recommend you to my friends and family because I have complete confidence in your integrity, discretion, and respect for others. I know you have healing gifts, and above all, I know you have the ability to welcome people as they are, without judgment.” – Roxanne

Who This Is For

I work with people navigating the particular exhaustion of bodies that have been weathering difficult conditions for a long time.

The whole process relies on a willingness to play, to experiment, to partake in iteration and trial+error. If you’re willing to be an active participant in the telling of your own story, if you like to think of life as a roleplaying game in which you play as yourself, then you may be particularly well suited to this work.

We may be a good fit if you are living with a long-term condition — diagnosed or not — defined by cycles of remission and relapse.

Autoimmunity is not the body turned against itself. It is a body responding, loudly, persistently, sometimes devastatingly, to conditions it can no longer absorb in silence. The symptoms are high-fidelity signals. A “No” from a biological system that has been asked to metabolize more than it can hold.

I don’t quiet those signals. I don’t override them. I help you learn to read them and to respond, not from panic, but from the kind of knowledge that comes from living in close contact with your own ecology.

If you feel adrift in your own body and are looking for a way to inhabit it again. If you’ve read my writing and felt something resonate. If you are looking for a collaborator, not an authority.

Here are a few things about you:

  • you’re sick, or you’re suffering.
  • you’re tired of people telling you to be well or get better.
  • you want change.
  • you want to accept yourself as you are, and you want to grow.
  • you have the capacity and willingness to show up to your own evolution.

I want to work with people who are ready to become active participants in their own care. Over time, some of my regular clients have learned to direct their own sessions, to say not just “I need this” but “go there,” “stay,” “more.” That’s the point. I’m not building dependence. I’m building capacity. The goal is that you come to know your body so well that you can navigate its waters with increasing confidence, with or without me.

This is not emergency care. This is not a substitute for your medical team. This is a collaborative space to come into contact with what your body knows, in the company of someone who has been their own waters for a long time.

Two Streams

1. Remote 1:1

Initial meeting —

Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed intake form covering your history, daily rhythms, diet, digestion, sleep, medications, and emotional terrain. You’ll also submit a tongue photo. I review all of this before our first session.

In Ayurveda, the body is understood as a microcosm of the living earth. The same elements that compose the soil, the rivers, the atmosphere compose you. The same cycles that govern the seasons govern your digestion, your sleep, your capacity to adapt.

The initial consultation is a thorough first reading. We establish your constitutional pattern, map your current imbalances, review your timeline, and identify the direction of the work. You leave with an initial set of dietary and lifestyle recommendations and a clear sense of what we’re working with.

Follow-up

Ongoing accompaniment. Remote consultations work with this framework across distance. We read your constitutional pattern, map the current imbalance, and build an approach rooted in how you eat, sleep, move, and rest. Small, precise adjustments that respect the particular intelligence of your body. The work is dietary, herbal, and habit driven. It unfolds over time. We track how your body is responding, adjust, give voice to what we notice, refine herbal and dietary support, and recalibrate as conditions shift. The work is iterative: we observe, adjust, observe again.

2. Hands-on, In-Person

I work functionally, in the direction of easy, with the flow that your body/self know and desires to flourish. The work is a flowering. The hands-on work brings together tuina, marma, craniosacral therapy, and somatic education. It is slow, collaborative, and integrative — we follow the body’s own impulses in gravity until something resolves into a more spacious way of resting. This work requires physical presence.

How to Begin

Email me to get started: [email protected]

I respond within 5 business days. You do not have to wait for collapse to seek support. I’ll send you the intake form. It takes 30–45 minutes and covers your history, daily rhythms, diet, digestion, sleep, medications, and emotional terrain. I review your responses within 5 business days and contact you to schedule your first consultation — 90 minutes, remote.

I understand that this form is a big ask. If it feels unrealistic for you to begin this way, you can email me and we’ll see about scheduling the initial consultation call. I’ll ask you my questions live.

From there, we decide together what ongoing accompaniment looks like.

“When you get really lost, don’t look at your map. Because what you’ll do is you’ll find features on a map and you’ll convince yourself that they match the territory that you’re in. So what ends up happening is that you are now lost, but you’re convinced that you’re not lost.” – Sam Crosby, on the joy of becoming lost.
