Initial meeting —
Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed intake form covering your history, daily rhythms, diet, digestion, sleep, medications, and emotional terrain. You’ll also submit a tongue photo. I review all of this before our first session.
The initial consultation is a thorough first reading. We establish your constitutional pattern, map your current imbalances, review your timeline, and identify the direction of the work. You leave with an initial set of dietary and lifestyle recommendations and a clear sense of what we’re working with.
If you need a different shape, explain that to me in your initial email.
Follow-up —
Ongoing accompaniment. We track how your body is responding, adjust, give voice to what we notice, refine herbal and dietary support, and recalibrate as conditions shift. The work is iterative: we observe, adjust, observe again.
Insurance
Massage therapy receipts are available for insurance providers that cover these services. Ayurvedic consultation is not currently eligible for insurance reimbursement in Quebec.
Cancellation
24 hours notice required. Less than that, and the fee stands.
